James Shuttic – Chairman of Board

James is a Warren native and graduate of Warren G. Harding high School. He earned his B.F.A. in painting from Youngstown State University and went on to earn a degree in computer drafting and design. James is co-owner / artist at Shuttic Arts, a member of the Independent Artist Association and Creative Art Director at the Warren Arts Center.

Jeff Goodman – Vice President

Jeffrey V. Goodman is a graduate of Warren G. Harding High School. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree at Bethany College and his Juris Doctorate at The University of Akron School of Law. Attorney Goodman is an owner/partner in the Warren, Ohio law firm Fowler & Goodman LPA, Inc.

Melissa Holmes

Melissa Holmes is a consultant whose passion is to create stronger communities by empowering citizens and entrepreneurs to become active change agents within their schools, companies, neighborhoods and cities.  Her current projects include implementing innovative economic development programs with Warren Redevelopment and Planning, and spearheading The Robins Project, a grassroots effort to restore the former Robins Theater space in her hometown of Warren, Ohio.

Melissa is a proud graduate of The New School, earning a Master’s of Urban Policy Analysis and Management in 2012.

William Mullane

Mullane is currently the Supervisor of School Improvement for the Ashtabula County Educational Service Center and the Jefferson Area Local Schools. Previously, he was the principal at Warren G. Harding High School and was an art teacher and administrator in the Warren City Schools for twenty-eight years. In addition to his work as an educator, Bill has been involved in the region’s arts community for more than thirty years.

Cassandra Pruitt – Secretary

Cassandra is a long-time community activist and has been a F.A.C.T. Board member for the past five years. Cassandra is a member of the Martin Luther King Dream Team and has been involved as a volunteer throughout the Warren Community.

Julia Shuttic

A native of Warren Ohio, and a Warren G. Harding graduate, Julia attended Kent State University where she earned a B.F.A. with an emphasis in glasswork and three-dimensional art. Julia is an artist/co-owner at Shuttic Arts, works as a Habilitation Coordinator for the Trumbull County Board of Developmental Disabilities, and is a Licensed Practical Nurse at Meridian Arms Living Center.
